Mr. Personality
I've mentioned before that Caleb has personality.
Well I was wrong - NOW he has personality. This child is going crazy!!! At first we would say - "Oh we shouldn't have given him that cookie (or cake or candy) because he has a sugar rush!"
It wasn't sugar. It was him coming into his own personality. And it is wild! Today I was trying to get him dressed which he usually is great about and lays down on the floor.
This morning however - he was running around and around me with just his diaper on, waving his arms in the air and making a weird noise. And I couldln't get him to stop.
He hasn't been finishing a meal (which is unusual for him) because he is playing with his hands or his food or his hair!! He makes faces at me, teases Carter, won't let you read a page out of a book because he asks 14 questions about the pictures, climbs up on my back if I get down on the floor to pick something up and yells, "Go Mommy, Go!" and throws himself on the floor if he doesn't get his way.
He is 2.5 and doesn't know his colors because he says everything is pink - except green which is his favorite color. Every time I change his dirty diaper he says, "I eat poopy? No, not eat poopy. It yucky. Only eat food." Every time. The other day he got in the van on Carter's side and when I went around to his side and opened the door to strap him in he said, "I not throw up Mommy." OK - I'm glad to know that.
Yet I love him to pieces. I'll go in to get him up in the morning and he'll say, "I want you Mommy." This morning he got his baby doll and sat down in his chair and rocked and patted his baby's back while cuddling her to his chest. How does he know to do that?
I want to kiss him and tickle him all the time.
